Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB, and prospectively also under IFRS
Management of incoming and outgoing invoices
Monitoring incoming payments and outstanding receivables
Preparation of meaningful financial reports and analyses
Support in preparing forecasts and budgets
Ensuring smooth processes during internal and external audits
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in economics/business administration
At least two years of professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping according to HGB; ideally you have already gained initial experience with IFRS
Confident use of ERP systems such as DATEV (or comparable systems) and MS Office, especially Excel
Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a high degree of accuracy
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
