About the role
- OREDATA seeks a Java Backend Engineer to work on digital transformation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates possess strong Java and backend development experience, working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Join the OREDATA team to tackle digital, operational, analytical & data science challenges
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes to bring high-quality software solutions
- Take ownership of tasks and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them in a timely and high-quality manner
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Comfortable using version control systems such as Git
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- **Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of **Java** programming
- **5+ years of experience in java development**
