Responsibilities
Join our growing IT team responsible for all central systems and support
Lead the effort to streamline, automate, and grow IT support processes
Work with the Head of IT to complete support requests and on IT Infrastructure and Automation projects
Complete onboarding program and ramp up on onboarding and support processes
Be deeply involved with onboarding for all new employees and automate the new hire setup
Upgrade and secure wireless setup and work towards an upgraded wifi path
Streamline computer deployments and new computer rollouts using automation tools
Work with Software teams to streamline and automate vulnerability management
Understand IT infrastructure, create a plan to streamline and enhance it, and support executive staff as needed
Requirements
Strong background in Troubleshooting
5 Years Desktop support
5 Years macOS support
5 Years Windows support
Experience with Video Conferencing systems (e.g. Zoom)
5 Years experience supporting Cloud Productivity suites (e.g. Office 365)
Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
Security Clearance
Advanced experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel
Advanced Experience with Intune
Advanced Experience with Jamf Pro
Experience supporting Android, iPhone, iPad
Great customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Familiarity with network equipment, wifi systems, and VLANs
Experience with endpoint deployment automation systems
Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc) administration
