- IT System Administrator for Microsoft 365 Cloud Services at GABO mbH, responsible for support and infrastructure strategies.
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating existing IT landscapes
- Developing cloud and infrastructure strategies (on-premises) as well as migration concepts
- Responsible for administration, daily operations, and the operation and support of systems and applications in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments
- Primarily working in first- and second-level support with a focus on Microsoft 365
- Aiming for long-term customer support and serving as a dedicated point of contact for questions or issues
- Assisting with the maintenance and operation of internal infrastructure
- Acting as a consultant on customer projects in industry or the public sector (e.g., tenant setup, migrations, infrastructure changes, or security topics)
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable IT qualification
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Experience in second-level support and in project work
- Practical experience in the design, integration, operation, and migration of Microsoft infrastructures
- Proficient with Microsoft infrastructures and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
