Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, networks, and applications, ensuring they function properly and securely;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, clients, and providers;
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security measures, while also managing relationships with vendors and service providers;
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency, in alignment with regulatory requirements;
• Monitor IT performance and security metrics, identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or risks;
• Stay up-to-date with IT trends and technologies, making recommendations for upgrades or enhancements to improve the company's IT infrastructure;
• Train and educate employees on IT best practices and security awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Professional Course (CET) in one of those areas: Cybersecurity, Information Technology Systems or Networking;
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications;
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles and architectures is a plus;
• Awareness of the importance of security in IT operations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different teams across the organisation.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
