About the role
- IT & SaaS Sourcing Specialist responsible for procurement and vendor sourcing for ICEYE's Supply Chain team. Collaboration with IT team and handling contract documentation.
Responsibilities
- To support the company’s growth, we continue to scale our Supply Chain team and look for an IT & SaaS Sourcing Specialist to join our global Supply Chain Team.
- You will be part of ICEYE Indirect Sourcing team, with the main responsibilities of handling the daily procurement and sourcing tasks, and category management responsibilities for IT & SaaS along with receiving and logging received goods and services.
- In addition, you will be sourcing new vendors and handling contract documentation.
- You will report to the Indirect Sourcing Lead in this position.
- You will be working closely with the IT team.
Requirements
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT administration
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience as a supply chain specialist, buyer, or similar role, particularly involving indirect procurement
- Basic understanding of IT equipment (computers, laptops, network gear etc), software & SaaS
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A customer service-oriented mindset.
- Organized and methodical approach to work.
- In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills: Prior experience as an IT sourcing specialist or buyer
- Knowledge in contracts, negotiations, or contract laws
- Knowledge in reporting and analysis
