About the role

  • Lead internal support and infrastructure to enable a secure and productive digital environment across hybrid and remote teams
  • Provide first-line support to employees (online and offline) across SG, MY, and remote environments
  • Resolve issues related to device setup, software installation, network access, printing, etc.
  • Maintain a helpful and solution-oriented support attitude
  • Track and manage IT requests using a structured ticketing or task system
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 suite: Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Intune
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
  • Implement and manage MFA and endpoint protection policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues
  • Coordinate with HR for Day 1 onboarding for new hires
  • Prepare and configure laptops (Mac/Windows), accounts, software, and access
  • Conduct regular IT walkthroughs for new joiners
  • Securely offboard leavers by revoking access, wiping/collecting hardware, and removing accounts
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office WiFi, printers, and power backups
  • Manage door access, CCTV cameras and NVR setups, and basic AV (sound, lighting, Zoom rooms)
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 27001-aligned Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Monitor endpoint compliance via Intune and restrict unauthorized software
  • Maintain and update the company’s Allowed Tools & Software list
  • Evaluate new tools requested by teams and ensure alignment with security and policy standards
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new IT and infrastructure software including procurement, setup, integration, documentation, and rollout

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Ops, SysAdmin, or Helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and device management
  • Hands-on experience supporting Mac and Windows environments
  • Experience configuring networks, office equipment, and physical access control systems
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly support attitude
  • Bonus: Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks
