Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Lead response and recovery efforts for ransomware and other cyber threats.
- Conduct risk assessments and update recovery plans based on evolving threats.
- Collaborate with external vendors for advanced threat detection and response.
- Implement automation and AI to streamline recovery workflows and enhance resilience.
- Oversee monitoring operations across: Dynatrace – observability and performance analytics Foglight – database and infrastructure monitoring SolarWinds – network and system health tracking
- Ensure proactive alerting, incident detection, and resolution across shared services.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM platform, ServiceNow for operational efficiency.
- Lead and optimize the following teams: Batch Support (Tidal, IWA) Infra L1 Service Delivery & Reporting Disaster Recovery
- Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and operational excellence.
- Present strategic plans and reports on initiatives to senior leadership.
- Define and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate service performance and recovery effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with emphasis on disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and monitoring operations.
- Proven success in managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure resilience, cyber threat and ransomware mitigation
- Proficiency in Dynatrace, Foglight, and SolarWinds platforms.
- Experience implementing automation and AI in disaster recovery and incident response.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong team-building capabilities and collaborative leadership style.
- Demonstrated ability to quantify success through KPIs and performance metrics.
