Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering teams, fostering continuous delivery and technical quality;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Experience coordinating or technically leading development teams;
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems;
- Excellent communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience with agile software development methodologies;
- Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions;
- Experience in people management for development teams;
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Analytical capacity and autonomy to resolve complex problems;
- Excellent communication and ability to work within an agile team;
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript;
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular;
- Familiarity with RxJS, Observables, and reactive programming concepts;
- Solid knowledge of state management (Redux or similar);
- Experience with Component Driven Development (CDD) and responsive design;
- Experience with code versioning (Git);
- Experience in Salesforce projects, with basic knowledge of Core clouds (Service, Sales and/or Financial Cloud), including: basic object configuration and administration, and flows;
- Integration of Salesforce APIs with external systems;
- Process and data automation (Process Builder, Flow, basic Apex desirable);
- Knowledge of Lightning Components and Salesforce DX is a plus;
- Ability to balance technical and strategic decisions, connecting engineering with the business.
