About the role
- IT Asset Manager responsible for developing asset management programs at TruStage. Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the IT asset lifecycle while managing processes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing the asset management program
- Developing standards and processes for the maintenance and disposal of IT assets
- Ensuring IT asset data is captured, accurately recorded, and updated in a timely manner within the Cherwell platform
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for tracking Enterprise assets
- Sustaining compliance throughout the asset lifecycle
- Ensuring the accuracy of the IT asset inventory and configuration items throughout the asset lifecycle
- Maintaining hardware standards and validated product lists
- Inputting, maintaining, updating, tracking and reporting on all IT assets throughout the asset life cycle
- Auditing hardware and software assets against the installed base
- Providing updates and training to other personnel on processes, tools, and reports
- Defining metrics, data collection, and reporting on the effectiveness of IT asset management processes
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and related processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience
- 7+ years of related experience
- Salesforce licensing experience
- Workday licensing experience
- Preferred: ServiceNow experience
- ITIL certification
- CITAM certification
- 5+ years of managing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement
- Software asset management experience
- Flexera experience
- Cherwell System Administrator certification
