About the role
- Act as lead architect on business-critical IT projects.
- Define and implement IT architecture standards and governance processes.
- Maintain and optimize application catalog and landscape governance.
- Own and lead AI-related initiatives.
- Take ownership of strategic applications.
- Act as the IT-business liaison.
- Support project scoping and prioritization across teams.
- Lead alignment efforts between departments on tool usage and IT standards.
- Evaluate and improve IT stack's coherence and scalability.
- Drive clarity across the internal IT ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT architecture or similar strategic technical roles.
- Deep understanding of IT landscapes, application governance, and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Proven ability to design scalable and secure IT systems.
- Strong project management and orchestration skills.
- Comfortable with modern collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Familiarity with AI & low-code/no-code automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Gemini, Claude, Mistral or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering.
