About the role

  • Lead Architect for Adobe Experience Manager solutions at Dentsu, developing and managing architecture for web/content management systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for projects built on AEM Sites and AEM Assets , ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures
  • Define integration patterns between AEM and third-party platforms (e.g., DAMs, CRMs, commerce systems)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and enterprise architects
  • Own the creation of architecture blueprints, solution design documents (SDDs), and estimation for AEM projects
  • Guide technical teams during implementation phases and ensure adherence to AEM best practices and Adobe-recommended frameworks
  • Support technical assessments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and client workshops
  • Stay up to date with Adobe’s evolving capabilities (including AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, and Headless CMS models)

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise web/content management solutions
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and delivering solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites and AEM Assets)
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, templates, components, workflows, permissions, and content modeling
  • Expertise in AEM deployment models (On-Prem, Adobe Managed Service, AEM as a Cloud Service)
  • Experience integrating AEM with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and third-party systems
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), REST APIs, and headless CMS architecture
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and presenting architectural decisions to both technical and business audiences
  • Exposure to Adobe Content Supply Chain strategy and workflows (good to have)
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront, Creative Cloud, and integrations with AEM Assets (good to have)
  • Adobe Certified Expert/Professional Architect certifications (good to have)
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps practices for AEM (good to have)
