About the role

Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Director of Digital Transformation, the IT Analyst plays a key role in managing and evolving the organization’s application portfolio
- Collaborate in the deployment of new solutions (ERP, AI/Copilot)
- Advise and support users in the use of M365 productivity tools
- Participate in mapping, documenting and evolving the current application portfolio
- Support, document and approve tests during the implementation of new application versions
- Work collaboratively with internal clients and vendors on functional analyses
- Provide level 2-3 support to users for incidents, maintenance requests and application enhancements
- Deliver requests while ensuring quality, scope and timelines are met
Requirements
- Hold a university or college diploma in computer science or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or any other combination of education and relevant experience
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and M365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
- Experience in deploying or supporting an ERP (awareness of issues related to digital transformation)
- Strong sense of responsibility and high level of rigor in work execution
- Strong interest in collaborative work
- Solid ability to analyze complex situations and synthesize findings
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language and train users on new tools
- Initiative, autonomy and strong customer service orientation
