About the role

Responsibilities
- Define comprehensive test plans and test cases, including those for potential test automation.
- Develop detailed test scenarios and scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
- Design, prepare, and execute manual tests; monitor test progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate testing activities across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Document and report test results, including defects, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in IT and minimum 11 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 15 years of experience).
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in IS testing.
- Hands-on experience in the manual Testing.
- Experience testing in complex systems with several interconnected applications.
- Experience in the test data preparation, also with SQL databases.
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of a Test Management Tool (e.g. Zephyr).
- Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool (e.g Jira).
- Good knowledge of functional/manual testing on audit domain.
- Having experience on platform running workflows like Camunda is a plus.
- English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
