- Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for integrating and verifying HVAC performance in vehicles. Establishing test cases and validation methodologies for automotive thermal management systems.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Engineer (공조/Thermal)는 SDV 환경에서 차량 HVAC(공조/열관리) 기능의 품질을 통합적으로 검증하고, Domain Controller 기반 제어 로직과 Legacy 제어기 간 연동을 포함한 통합 검증 체계를 수립합니다.
- 검증 계획 수립
- SDV 통합 소프트웨어 QA 엔지니어는 HVAC 기능(냉난방 제어, 공기질 관리, 제상/제습, 열관리 연동 등)에 대한 통합 검증 전략을 수립합니다.
- 검증 설계
- 온도 제어 로직, 센서 입력(내/외기 온도, 습도, 일사량 등), 액추에이터 제어(블로워, 믹스도어, 컴프레서 등) 기반 테스트 케이스를 설계합니다.
- 검증 수행
- 릴리스/게이트 기준 HVAC 기능 품질 목표 달성을 위한 검증을 수행합니다.
- 벤치(HIL/SIL) 환경 및 실차 환경에서 냉난방 성능, 응답성, 안정성, Fail-safe 동작을 검증합니다.
Requirements
- 3년 이상 자동차 공조(HVAC) 또는 열관리 시스템 기능 검증/평가 경험을 보유하신 분
- 자동차 임베디드 소프트웨어 및 제어 로직에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
- CAN/LIN/Ethernet 기반 차량 네트워크 이해 및 평가 툴(CANoe, CANape 등) 사용 경험이 있으신 분
- 차량 로그 데이터 분석 및 이슈 분석 경험이 있으신 분
- HIL/SIL 또는 실차 기반 검증 경험이 있으신 분
- HVAC 제어 로직 (온도 제어, PID, 열역학 기본 이해)에 대한 지식
- 전동화 차량(EV) 열관리 시스템 이해 (배터리 열관리, 히트펌프 등)
- C/C++, Python 등 임베디드 개발환경에서의 프로그래밍 언어 활용 역량
- HIL 자동화 구축/공조 성능 평가(챔버 시험 등) 경험
- 테스트 시나리오 설계 및 품질 리포트 작성 역량
- 협업 중심의 커뮤니케이션 역량
