About the role

  • Ensure accuracy in all aspects of reporting for Month End, Forecast and Budget.
  • Methodical and structured approach to problem solving through fact-based analytics, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Oversee all aspects of compounding master data setups within ERP systems to ensure accuracy and timely maintenance to support business functions and reporting.
  • Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these amongst team members.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in inventory management including project management and coordination across multiple functions.
  • Expertise in inventory optimisation, demand forecasting, and SIOP processes.
  • Background in Finance, Supply Chain or Business administration.
  • Technical system skills (Microsoft Office, ACCESS, Tableau).
  • Experience of JDE/Merlin/Mecury.
  • Has the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Adopts change, challenges the status quo, and makes recommendations for improvements to processes.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and changing priorities without supervision.
  • Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organisation, verbally (face to face and virtual) and written.
  • Capable of translating complex supply chain challenges into simple communication understood by our partners.
