About the role
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of reporting for Month End, Forecast and Budget.
- Methodical and structured approach to problem solving through fact-based analytics, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Oversee all aspects of compounding master data setups within ERP systems to ensure accuracy and timely maintenance to support business functions and reporting.
- Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these amongst team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in inventory management including project management and coordination across multiple functions.
- Expertise in inventory optimisation, demand forecasting, and SIOP processes.
- Background in Finance, Supply Chain or Business administration.
- Technical system skills (Microsoft Office, ACCESS, Tableau).
- Experience of JDE/Merlin/Mecury.
- Has the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Adopts change, challenges the status quo, and makes recommendations for improvements to processes.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and changing priorities without supervision.
- Ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organisation, verbally (face to face and virtual) and written.
- Capable of translating complex supply chain challenges into simple communication understood by our partners.
