About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for international sales of digital products in industrial machinery. Combining digital communication and field sales to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Sales of our digital product to machine builders and operators, from SMEs to international industrial groups.
  • Convert prospects from initial contact through to contract signing.
  • New customer acquisition through cold outreach and networking.
  • Hybrid sales combining digital communication and traditional field sales.
  • (Product) presentations during customer meetings and in front of audiences at industry events.
  • Contribute to building our international sales strategy, organization and activities.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or equivalent training in engineering, business administration, or sales.
  • Proven initial successes in sales or in introducing digital solutions into the (mechanical engineering) industry.
  • Passion for winning new customers.
  • Practical experience in, or interest in, service for industrial machines and plants.
  • Bring Your Own Country: an existing network outside Germany (Europe, USA, or China).
  • Experience with, or enthusiasm for, working in a technology startup.
  • Willingness to travel and enjoyment of customer visits, industry events and networking activities.
  • Very good English skills (German skills are a plus).
