About the role
- Intern supporting internal communication campaigns at Flash. Contributing to event organization, internal updates, and creative ideas for team engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of internal communication campaigns (from concept to post!);
- Help keep our internal channels up to date with relevant, light content (Slack, newsletters, intranet, etc.);
- Collaborate in organizing internal events and initiatives that strengthen our culture and engage the Flash team;
- Contribute creative ideas for new ways to connect and inspire our Flamingos;
- Support employer branding and culture projects in partnership with other People & Culture and Branding teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields;
- Strong writing skills and curiosity about digital communication formats;
- Enjoy working in a team, learning from others, and bringing positive energy to deliverables;
- Creative mindset and a desire to innovate — new ideas are always welcome here!
- Organized and comfortable with processes;
- High use of and strategic understanding of social media;
- Experience with video editing.
