About the role

  • Develop production-grade automation components (RPA bots, Python/Services, APIs) and author unit/contract/integration tests; perform peer code reviews.
  • Participate in user-story workshops to refine requirements, target KPIs, and solution designs with product/ops stakeholders.
  • Translate business outcomes into automation epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria, ROI, and measurable KPIs; break down work into deliverable slices.
  • Integrate AI beyond GenAI—classical ML and deep learning (classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, OCR/CV) plus LLM/RAG/MCP where it adds value; manage prompt/model versions and safe fallbacks.
  • Engineer data flows that feed analytics and automation (ETL/ELT + event streams); manage feature stores/data products for ML/DL use; enforce data quality, lineage, and PII controls. • Discover and integrate sources via APIs, webhooks, and queues/streams; design resilient data pipelines (retry/idempotency) for both batch and streaming.
  • Continuously learn and share—maintain ML/DL/MLOps stacks (training/serving images), publish internal playbooks, and mentor citizen developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • University background in an engineering discipline or equivalent, or relevant experience within the industry
  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
  • Good grasp of system design, design patterns, and workflow/orchestration patterns (idempotency, retries, circuit breakers); ability to express designs via UML/C4/BPMN when useful.
  • Solid Python for data and automation (pandas/Polars, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow); packaging (poetry/pip), typing, linting, and FastAPI for services.
  • Experience integrating LLM providers (OpenAI/Azure/GCP), RAG (vector DBs like pgvector/FAISS/Chroma), prompt/version management, MCP, evaluation & guardrails.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL (e.g., Postgres/MySQL; Mongo/DocumentDB; key-value/cache); comfort with query tuning and indexing.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster; Kafka/Event Hubs; dbt/Spark/Flink) with data quality checks and lineage.

Benefits

  • Health insurance
  • Ongoing career development support
  • Mentorship opportunities
