About the role
- Integration Consultant at V.tal responsible for designing and implementing API-based integration solutions. Focused on enhancing corporate system connectivity in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical reference for corporate integration projects, designing end-to-end (E2E) solutions.
- Design and implement integration solutions between systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
- Define and promote technical standards and integration best practices, driving reuse and standardization.
- Support technical governance and the API and event lifecycle (design, versioning, publishing, and monitoring).
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools and technologies (iPaaS, API Gateway, Event Broker, etc.).
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure technical alignment and smooth integration.
- Document architectures, standards, and technical decisions, ensuring traceability and reuse.
Requirements
- Proven experience in integration architecture and API development.
- Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, EDA – Event-Driven Architecture).
- Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Apigee, Sensedia, Solace, Kafka, among others).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and integration automations (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Good communication and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to translate technical and business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: cloud certifications (GCP, AWS, OCI) and/or integration architecture certifications.
