Requirements
- Active MA or RI Property & Casualty Producer license
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, account management, or business development (preferred)
- Strong understanding of business operations, commercial risk exposures, and insurance coverages (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
