Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of learning, from discovery and design to delivery and evaluation.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and fellow creatives to shape content that’s accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  • Develop multimedia-rich learning solutions across formats, eLearning, video, instructor-led, blended, and beyond.
  • Use storytelling, visual design, and instructional strategy to simplify the complex and make learning memorable.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to ensure learning drives performance and business outcomes.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of learning trends, technologies, and tools, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • A degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field or equivalent experience that proves you know your craft.
  • 5+ years designing learning experiences in corporate, academic, or creative environments.
  • Mastery of tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms.
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to turn learning objectives into engaging, effective content.
  • Strong consulting skills; you’re comfortable talking to senior leaders and translating business needs into learning strategies.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a mindset that embraces experimentation and innovation.
