About the role
- Analista de Infraestrutura administrando ambientes Microsoft 365 e atuando em clientes MSP com foco em estabilidade e performance. Implementando melhorias e suporte técnico em infraestrutura.
Responsibilities
- Support and administration of Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.)
- Work with MSP clients, including: creating and managing users and groups in Active Directory, configuring permissions and access policies, implementing and improving Windows servers, and managing and monitoring backup routines
- Deployment and enhancement of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana or similar)
- Creating and maintaining Grafana dashboards to monitor infrastructure metrics and alerts
- Technical support for infrastructure incidents and requests, ensuring environment stability and performance
Requirements
- Strong experience deploying and administering Zabbix and Grafana (greenfield deployment, template configuration, dashboard creation and integrations)
- Knowledge of Linux (configuration, troubleshooting and services)
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions and monitoring best practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (administration and environment support)
- Plus: Zabbix certification
- Higher education completed or in progress in IT
