Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to users: define the system scope and objectives. Execute manual or automated practical procedures to resolve medium-complexity issues.
• Perform monitoring tasks and environment health checks to ensure proper operation of services. Report deviations in health status, events, and anomalies in services.
• Analyze event logs for errors and indications of potential incidents; research solutions based on technical documentation and rationale, and provide evidence to support proposed resolutions.
• Report incidents, events, and anomalies to the team lead and manage incident handling end-to-end.
• Continuously review the ticket management platform, ensuring proper distribution of incidents and requests to colleagues.
• Execute tasks delegated by senior colleagues and report their status promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure servers comply with relevant security indicators for the platforms under management.
• Review monitoring platforms for deviations, report them, and manage their remediation following the bank's processes.

Requirements

• Degree (Technical or University) in Systems Engineering / Computer Science / Networking.
• English: Basic.
• Proactive, with an investigative mindset in technology seeking new solutions, alternatives, or improvements.
• Commitment to undertake tasks that involve new challenges and significant learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• High level of empathy to build positive interpersonal relationships oriented toward achieving objectives.
• Customer-oriented.
• 1 year of experience in administration/operation of Microsoft Active Directory and DNS Server platforms.
• Knowledge of systems management and current technologies for hardware, software, and processes, as well as industry standards such as ITIL.
• MCTS: Windows Server 2022/2019/2016/2012 - Server Virtualization (MCTS).
• MCITP: Enterprise Administrator.
• MCSA: Windows Server.
