- Ensure servers comply with relevant security indicators for the platforms under management.
- Review monitoring platforms for deviations, report them, and manage their remediation following the bank's processes.
Requirements
- Degree (Technical or University) in Systems Engineering / Computer Science / Networking.
- English: Basic.
- Proactive, with an investigative mindset in technology seeking new solutions, alternatives, or improvements.
- Commitment to undertake tasks that involve new challenges and significant learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of empathy to build positive interpersonal relationships oriented toward achieving objectives.

- 1 year of experience in administration/operation of Microsoft Active Directory and DNS Server platforms.
- Knowledge of systems management and current technologies for hardware, software, and processes, as well as industry standards such as ITIL.

- MCITP: Enterprise Administrator.
