IT System Administrator for providing support and managing IT systems at p3b AG in Biel, Switzerland. Handling user inquiries, monitoring systems, and conducting training sessions.
Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for IT support and IT inquiries, you are the go-to person for users
You handle and resolve the majority of support requests independently
You proactively address more complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary
You monitor IT systems and networks using monitoring tools to ensure stable operations
You provision and maintain endpoints, servers, and infrastructure on a regular basis
You also conduct internal training sessions
You independently manage smaller IT projects
You support internal customers in the rollout of new systems
You manage employee-facing IT services throughout their entire lifecycle
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (EFZ) or higher, or equivalent professional experience in IT support and system administration
Initial practical experience with Active Directory, Group Policy (MS Entra), and administration of Microsoft Windows clients and servers in a hybrid environment (on-premises & cloud)
Experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune
Very good German skills (C1) and good spoken French (B1)
