Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Technology, CTO, or Lead Engineer in a fast-growing tech company (fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong background in both frontend and backend development, with emphasis on frontend and expertise in modern frameworks and architectures.
- Experience scaling platforms with high reliability and security requirements.
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing tech teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to align tech and business priorities.
- Experience with B2C products / B2C SaaS.
- Experience or interest in tech stack: React Native, Django (Python), Celery, Kubernetes, Redis, AWS, PostgreSQL.
