Requirements
- Degree in a relevant subject
- At least 5 years working in the software development industry
- At least 3 years leading technical teams and line management
- Demonstrable experience of current web programming concepts and technologies (ideally .NET, C#, and Angular)
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
- Experience of agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Track record of successful line management covering mentoring, motivating, objective setting, training, and performance management
- Experience of recruiting, writing job descriptions, short listing, and interviewing
- Demonstrable experience of delivering technical work within time and budget constraints
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle
