Responsibilities
- Aufbau und Leitung der Abteilung Process Engineering
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
- Planung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung verfahrenstechnischer und internen Prozesse
- Technische Auslegung und Umsetzung von Apparaten und Anlagen – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Projektleitung inklusive Budget- und Terminverantwortung
- Technische Kundenberatung und Unterstützung im Akquisitionsprozess
- Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Chemieingenieur
- Berufserfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren in einem ähnlichen Umfeld, sowie mehrjährige Projektleitererfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Regelwerken und gute Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und hoher sozialer Kompetenz
- Beratungskompetenz und professionelle Kommunikation im Kundenkontakt
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
