Responsibilities
You take full responsibility for the operational and strategic management of our own retail stores
Your focus is on the Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn region — you will be regularly present in the stores (approx. 70% of your working time)
You spend around 30% of your time at our headquarters in Pulheim, collaborating with teams from Marketing, HR and Purchasing to develop processes and align strategies
You independently lead, motivate and develop the store teams with a clear focus on collaboration, service and success
You organize and optimize processes, ensure consistent standards and actively drive their further development
You are responsible for the financial performance of all own retail stores, analyze KPIs and derive measures
You support new openings and expansion — from planning to successful launch
You initiate measures to drive revenue growth, market positioning and customer loyalty
Requirements
A background in business administration and the ability to confidently analyze financial metrics
Several years of experience as a (deputy) store manager, regional manager, multi-store manager or in a similar leadership role in retail
Experience managing multiple locations or a history of high mobility in your previous roles
Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 70%) while regularly being present at our Pulheim headquarters (approx. 30%)
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills and decisiveness
Strong people skills — with teams and customers — combined with a hands-on mentality
Industry experience in bicycle or sporting goods retail is a plus but not required; career changers are welcome
