About the role

  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Direct Sales Hub Frankfurt team
  • Successful implementation of sales concepts together with your team
  • Development of tailored financing solutions aligned with our customers' needs
  • Acquisition of selected new customers (B2B) as well as personal advising and maintenance of the existing, predominantly SME customer base
  • Responsibility for revenue and business development in your territory

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training such as office clerk, bank clerk, financial clerk, or similar, or a degree in business administration, economics, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, closing deals, and customer retention
  • Experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of a team
  • Ability to create a motivating work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and performance
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite with a focus on Excel
