Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Direct Sales Hub Frankfurt team
Successful implementation of sales concepts together with your team
Development of tailored financing solutions aligned with our customers' needs
Acquisition of selected new customers (B2B) as well as personal advising and maintenance of the existing, predominantly SME customer base
Responsibility for revenue and business development in your territory
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training such as office clerk, bank clerk, financial clerk, or similar, or a degree in business administration, economics, or related fields
Deep understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, closing deals, and customer retention
Experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of a team
Ability to create a motivating work environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and performance
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite with a focus on Excel
