Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training such as office clerk, bank clerk, financial clerk, or similar, or a degree in business administration, economics, or related fields
Deep understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, customer acquisition, closing deals, and customer retention
Experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of a team
Ability to create a motivating work environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and performance
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite with a focus on Excel
