Responsibilities
Reporting into the Creative Director, your main focuses will be: Creative innovation - you’ll translate briefs into effective creative deliverables, inspiring the team with your innovative executions for paid social, CRM, retail, campaign aesthetics and brand awareness projects which deliver a bold and impactful message
Manage, lead and inspire the design team across digital and print collateral
Create new ways to unlock respective audiences, from customer acquisition to retention
Creative strategy - alongside our Creative Director you’ll bring a data lead approach to new product and new market growth
Development and delivery of our retail design work to ensure our customer experience is consistent with our bold aesthetic, whilst informative enough to communicate our products
Design for our physical products, analysing current trends and outputting them into product case designs
Support in art direction across brand, design and photography to ensure our content lives up to our bold and engaging aesthetic
Requirements
7+ years of experience within a creative team
A resourceable do-er, this is a high-output role
A confident leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can inspire a team to deliver their best work.
A strong ability to translate briefs into effective, bold, creative ideas
Thorough experience with design for a range of channels and formats including packaging, CRM, paid/organic social, print media, OOH
A deep understanding of creative for paid social
Thorough experience within art direction
A balance of creative instinct and commercial awareness — able to champion bold ideas while keeping business goals front and centre.
Experience in managing and mentoring, to develop the careers of our design team
Expertise within the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
Rock solid organisational skills to ensure the teams briefs are hit on time, within an often fast-paced and reactive environment
