About the role

  • Build the sales system — CRM, outreach cadences, partner channels
  • Prospect, nurture, and help close high-value enterprise deals
  • Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing to connect story to pipeline
  • Represent Neato at key events, conferences, and dinners
  • Train and mentor future AEs and SDRs

Requirements

  • Must build a system that fills a pipeline with new enterprise-level leads
  • Create motion — outbound, inbound, events, partnerships
  • Develop people, software, and process for a small, lethal team
  • Collaborate with Marketing to keep the story and sell in sync
  • Help founders sell the vision to sophisticated brand executives
