About the role
- Responsible for all application architecture direction across Farmers Insurance
- Define architecture strategy across the enterprise
- Manage business and IT stakeholders
- Ensure architecture delivery is operating at the appropriate service level
- Provide leadership in business case development
- Build architecture roadmaps and reference architecture
- Define technology standards and patterns
- Conduct incident responses with architecture assessment
- Manage and lead all Farmers Application architects
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience as an architect
- At least 10 years with people management experience as a senior leader
- Extensive architecture and technical domain knowledge
- In-depth knowledge on understanding the P&C Insurance business
