Responsibilities
- Head of Accounting & Reporting to lead our Accounting & Reporting team.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Hawk-Eye and Sony.
- Oversee accounting operations and statutory reporting.
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Champion automation, continuous improvement and best practice across finance.
- Play a key role in M&A activities, integration projects and new system implementations.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting.
- Significant experience in Finance & Accounting leadership (10+ years, with 5+ in management).
- Proven ability to influence, advise and partner with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering insights that support business growth.
- Experienced in driving transformation and implementing scalable, automated finance processes.
- Confident leading global teams and working in a multinational, matrix organisation.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using SAP, Power BI and other finance systems.
