About the role

  • Google Ads / SEM Manager responsible for managing paid search campaigns to increase NP student acquisition. Join NPHub, a healthcare education platform, to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google and Bing to drive growth for NP student acquisition and NP candidates.
  • Optimize campaigns daily to meet performance goals such as ROAS and lead acquisition, adjusting bids, audiences, creatives, and strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure engaging, on-brand ad materials are utilized across campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve.
  • Oversee and adjust budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources across multiple platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging PPC trends and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience as a performance marketer, specifically in Google Search.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns (at least $50k/monthly).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
  • Experience driving DTC sales and leads.
  • Excellent ad copywriting skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or education sector or with driving lead gen is a plus.
