About the role

Responsibilities
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to co-create sourcing strategies and build strong supplier relationships that support long-term innovation.

- Partner with internal teams to shape sourcing strategies for complex existing categories or new, non-core categories.
- Explore and evaluate global suppliers with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
- Co-develop sourcing plans aligned with product development goals.
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and supplier networking to discover new opportunities.
- Support supplier onboarding and contribute to early-stage contract discussions.
- Collaborate with quality and sustainability teams to ensure supplier standards.
- Share insights and updates with stakeholders through clear communication and reporting.
- Contribute actively to strategic sourcing forums and innovation discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or supplier development.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a global sourcing mindset.
- Experience working with product development and creative supplier networks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, international organization.
- Willingness to travel and engage with global supplier networks.
