About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously enhance Takeda’s global One Quality Management System and digital platforms
- Drive innovation and compliance with evolving regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain strong governance and business process frameworks for key quality systems
- Champion a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement
- Provide oversight and accountability for Takeda’s NorthStar Digital Quality Systems
- Oversee critical quality processes (such as Change Control, CAPA, Documentation Management)
- Implement monitoring mechanisms, including KPIs and dashboards
- Provide expertise and leadership during regulatory inspections
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (at least Bachelor’s required)
- Significant leadership experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
- In-depth expertise in international quality standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems management
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse, global teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to be an agent of transformation across the enterprise
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team development abilities
- Ability to present, convince and influence senior stakeholders in English
