About the role
- Global Commercial FP&A Lead translating strategy into measurable financial outcomes in a biotech company. Driving commercial forecasting and performance rhythm aligned with Corporate FP&A processes while integrating cross-functional inputs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic finance partner to Global and regional Commercial leadership
- Drive a consistent commercial forecasting and performance rhythm aligned with Corporate FP&A
- Integrate cross-functional inputs into cohesive plans
- Own global COGS and royalties analytics
- Recommend actions with clear KPIs and tracking
- Elevate price/volume/mix modeling, launch tracking, and dashboarding
- Link demand–supply–finance with emphasis on P&L impacts
- Standardize processes and tools
Requirements
- Master’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Business, or related)
- 7–15 years of progressive FP&A/commercial finance experience with US + EU exposure
- Hands-on with Oracle Fusion for finance and supply chain
- Exposure to Anaplan (manufacturing planning)
- Advanced Excel and data visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage
