• Senior Financial Restructuring Manager developing and implementing strategies for complex loans at Rabobank. Collaborating with clients and assessing risks to promote financial stability in agribusiness banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workout strategies on an assigned portfolio of highly complex problem loans.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to manage risk for the bank.
• Coach clients to help them succeed.
• Coordinate the semi-annual Loan Strategy Report cycles.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Work directly with RAF Legal and outside counsel to ensure timely and quality results.
• Coordinate the loan closing activities of Financial Restructuring loans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in loan restructuring and risk management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to analyze simple to complex financial statements to evaluate financial stability.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with clients and others that may be challenging.
• Ability to travel regionally, up to 50%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
