About the role

  • Drive impactful results as the PMO for Global Load Factor Programs
  • Develop project plans with timelines, milestones and dependencies, while identifying critical project risks
  • Ensure execution and delivery of operating plan and strategic plan targets
  • Establish an operating rhythm while leading global cross-functional project teams
  • Enhance and deploy the Load Factor playbook
  • Serve as the PMO for Business Resilience Planning
  • Manage and oversee Business Resilience Planning (BRP) projects to enhance organizational resilience
  • Lead and monitor adherence to policies and Business Resilience Planning
  • Drive initiatives to optimize international network flows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business or related field
  • Seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, distribution, transportation, or logistics, with three (3+) years of leadership experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in project management and logistics
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, project management(PMP)
  • Experience in implementing global project plans to improve shipping efficiency
