Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic finance partner to Global and regional Commercial leadership
- Drive a consistent commercial forecasting and performance rhythm aligned with Corporate FP&A
- Own the commercial forecast calendar; ensure driver-based submissions and robust variance analysis
- Elevate price/volume/mix modeling, launch tracking, and dashboarding to sharpen in-market performance insights
- Build pragmatic scenario assumptions and embed them in plans, guidance drivers, and regional targets
- Link demand–supply–finance with emphasis on P&L impacts
- Operate with a public-company (SOX) mindset; standardize processes and tools
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to help drive adoption and outcomes
Requirements
- Master’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Business, or related)
- 7–15 years of progressive FP&A/commercial finance experience with US + EU exposure; biotech/pharma strongly preferred
- Hands-on with Oracle Fusion for finance and supply chain; exposure to Anaplan (manufacturing planning); advanced Excel and data visualization
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
