About the role
- WMS seeks Media Manager to supervise and lead multiple media operations. Collaborating with the team to establish standard workflows and ensuring quality execution.
Responsibilities
- Realizar o planejamento estratégico;
- Elaborar e colaborar na construção da jornada utilizando diversas fontes de dados;
- Gestão de equipe;
- Trazer referências de mercado para manter todos do time de mídia atualizados;
- Negociar com os principais parceiros;
- Fazer apresentações aos clientes;
- Analisar concorrências;
- Realizar pesquisas através dos softwares específicos de mídia;
- Estabelecer fortes relações entre parceiros e profissionais da agência.
Requirements
- Ensino superior completo;
- Experiência com mídia atuando em digital e off-line;
- Domínio na operação das plataformas digitais: Google (Search, Shopping, GDN & Youtube);
- Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.), programática;
- Domínio na operação das plataformas de mensuração, como Google Analytics;
- Experiência com liderança e gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência em planejamento estratégico;
- Experiência em elaboração de planos de mídia;
- Experiência com tratativas junto ao cliente (negociação, alinhamento, reports mensais, entre outros);
- Experiência com formatação de escopo e propostas de mídia;
- Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de apresentação;
- Inglês Avançado (participará de calls, então é importante se sentir seguro para conduzir a reunião);
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel.
