Responsibilities
Definir o plano anual de Marketing Médico por categoria, alinhado à estratégia de marca e pipeline de P&D
Construir narrativas científicas e claims elegíveis, com matriz de evidências e guia de mensagens
Orquestrar programas omnichannel (webinars, CME/educação continuada, podcasts, white papers, e‑books, eDetailing/CLM), para públicos leigos quando aplicável
Engajar KOLs e sociedades de saúde, coordenando advisory boards e presenças em congressos
Planejar e executar campanhas de acquisition e nurturing para HCP e consumidores (quando aplicável), com segmentação
Gerenciar CRM com jornadas por persona/especialidade
Operar o fluxo MLR para rótulos, peças promocionais e mídias digitais, assegurando acurácia científica e aderência às normas e códigos setoriais
Estabelecer SOPs, treinar times internos e manter matriz de riscos e respostas
Montar e manter dashboard de KPIs
Reportar resultados e aprendizados à liderança, recomendando alocações ótimas de budget
Requirements
Formação na área da saúde (Farmácia, Nutrição, Biomedicina ou correlatas)
Experiência comprovada em indústrias de Personal Care & Cosméticos (HPPC), Alimentos e Bebidas em funções de Marketing Médico/Profissionais de saúde ou afins
Vivência com substanciação de claims, revisão MLR e interface prática com P&D/Regulatório/Qualidade
Experiência em programas de educação médica (webinars, CME, congressos) e gestão de KOLs/sociedades
