Responsibilities
Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the Traditional Marketing team
Develop and implement Therme Erding's traditional marketing strategies
Plan, manage and execute print campaigns, advertisements, posters and promotional materials
Design and implement image, seasonal and promotional campaigns
Plan and oversee collaborations, partnerships and sponsorship activities
Budget responsibility, performance tracking and reporting of traditional marketing measures
Close cooperation with agencies, media partners and internal departments
Support for trade shows, events, promotional programs and on-site promotions
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in marketing, including several years in traditional marketing
Experience leading a team and strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
Industry experience in spa, tourism, wellness, hospitality or service sectors
Excellent understanding of brand building, target audience engagement and campaign logic
Experience working with agencies, printers and media houses
Confident, friendly and professional demeanor
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, high flexibility and resilience
Very good computer skills, especially MS Office
