About the role

- Responsible for expanding the pool of major donors
- Manage relationships with major donors and legacy (bequest) donors

- Maintain existing relationships and build a network
- Lead independent projects in major gifts and bequest/legacy fundraising
- Support the Fundraising Assistant
Requirements
- University degree, vocational training, or comparable professional experience
- Relevant experience in major donor and/or legacy/bequest fundraising
- Experience collaborating with and managing external service providers
- Preferably experience in or basic knowledge of inheritance law
- Expertise in donor solicitation and stewardship
- Confident, articulate writing style
- Project management skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems
- Confident presence and adept at networking
