Responsibilities
Lead the development of client-facing deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Communicate business priorities, risks, dependencies, and implementation constraints across matrixed teams and client organizations.
Support cross-workstream coordination, task tracking, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and engagement success.
Develop and submit ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly client status reports by coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders, document discussions, and track action items to completion.
Identify, mitigate, and report on risks and issues impacting project delivery or contractual obligations.
Recommend improvements to internal processes and workflows for increased efficiency.
Support policy development, data quality improvements, and legislative requirements gathering.
Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years of consulting experience, preferably supporting federal programs.
2+ years of experience working in or with the Federal Government.
2+ years of experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for business writing, reporting, and client correspondence.
Excellent organizational and management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance.
