About the role

• Fullstack Developer role at Minsait focusing on web applications for Banco Santander. Delivering solutions with high usability and performance in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a global project focused on delivering commercial tools for the countries where Banco Santander operates.
• Design, develop and maintain responsive, accessible web applications with an emphasis on high usability and performance.
• Ensure code quality through practices such as automated testing, code reviews and continuous integration (CI/CD).
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and continuous technical development within the team.
• Actively participate in defining standards, processes and development best practices.

Requirements

• Knowledge of distributed microservices architecture, event-driven architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience developing microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and with Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility and web performance.
• Familiarity with build tools, version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of automated testing (Jest, Cypress, JUnit).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
