About the role

Full Stack Software Engineer developing Clinical Portal solutions for healthcare professionals. Enhancing and expanding the product suite for healthcare organizations globally.

Responsibilities

Be involved across the full software development lifecycle — from design through to delivery and support.
Build high-quality, scalable, and well-structured software that underpins the success of our Clinical Portal solutions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver meaningful features that directly improve the experience of clinicians and healthcare providers worldwide.
Engage with clients to understand their stories, needs, and goals — ensuring the solutions we deliver continue to meet their needs now and into the future.
(If you’re joining at a senior level) contribute to architectural and design decisions, champion best practices, and mentor other engineers within the team.

You’ll bring at least 3–5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer, ideally with exposure to both front-end and back-end development. If you have deeper experience, we’ll look to you to help guide technical decisions and mentor others.
Strong proficiency in Java and database technologies such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. Front-end experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also important. Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS) is a big advantage. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright), Terraform, Docker, Ansible, ECS, Lambda, or automation tooling would be a bonus.
You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems. You communicate well, collaborate effectively, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a large, cross-functional team.
