About the role

Responsibilities
- Security tool (Rust / Go / React): build an agent in Rust (asset discovery, communication, TLS, logs)
- Set up core API & PostgreSQL backend (REST, auth, audit log)
- Integrate post-quantum TLS (Kyber, Dilithium — don’t worry, you will learn it)
- Explainable AI module with local engine, licensing module, self-test system, GDPR export system
- Awareness platform (JS / email / tracking): further develop phishing simulation (email engine, tracking links)
- User dashboard with reports & analytics (React/Tailwind)
- Learning modules & SCORM export (optional)
- Backend for email delivery, reminders, and results
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Zero-Trust security concepts and their implementation in software solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
