Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering or Science field
- 5+ years of experience in consumer-driven R&D or similar products research experience
- Strong analytical, scientific method, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with rapid prototyping methods
- Demonstrated ability to act as a translator between consumer insights and technical feasibility
- Experience working on disruptive or transformative innovation projects
- Proven track record of working successfully with external partners and cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
